Bleach universe only, even if we can't use the cannon characters as our own characters. They may show up, though.
Swearing isn't a must, but in Bleach, there is SOME swearing (damn, hell, crap, shit, ect.), so it is accepted.
Other than that, keep it PG-13.

Zanpakuto: Shikai- Kesshō-en (結晶炎 Crystal Flame) (The hilt and guard look like they are made of crystal, while the blade looks like it is made of solidified fire. There is a red/orange gem in the pommel. It is just about as tall as she is.)

Zanpakuto Abilities: Shikai- Turning Spiritual Energy into fire, Ran will swing Kesshō-en down to create an attack almost like Getsuga Tenshō, but with fire. This attack is called Kaen Mun Kiba, or Flame Moon Fang.
Bankai- Suishō Rirīsu, or Crystal Release, is a powerful attack. Gathering up the heat, Tensa Kesshō-en converts it into Spiritual Energy, then into crystals, which it then releases at the target in a blast of light blueish red.

Bankai Special Ability- Kura uingu-gata osore. When using Kura uingu-gata osore, Kurayami muchiuchi hitokuchi will disappear and turn into bladed wings on Arata's back, striking fear in the opponent. The blades on the wings may be shot at a target.

A few things. First, last name? Second, what does she look like as a soul reaper? Third, what does Hyōga look like?
Also, What is quoted above isn't what you posted. I just edited the quote because High Spiritual Power isn't a Zanpakuto ability.
