Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

Your personal data. By registering on this forum, you agree that it may collect some of your personal data. This data collection is done either through the information you provide us, or through the use of the services itself, for technical data used for the forum proper functioning. You can access, modify or delete your data at any time. Users under 16 years old certify that they have obtained the consent of their legal guardian in order to proceed with this registration. These rules are expected to be followed AT ALL times. If they are not followed, you will get a board warning/banning.

1. Treat people the way you want to be treated. If someone (even if they aren't staff) tells you to stop doing something, then stop (unless they are breaking rules. Then get a staff member). That means no cyberbullying, flaming, or trolling.
2. Do NOT spam on threads. You may advertise in your signatures if you wish, but no where else.
3. Listen to all staff, and the roleplay creators. We may not get involved with every roleplay, but if it gets to that point, then we will.
4. Do not begin telling us your issues just anywhere. You may speak about it in the Chatbox, or the 'I need help', but it is rulebreaking to jump in a thread and talk to us, unless roleplay creators allow it.
5. Follow all Forumotion rules. The Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up, we'll be checking posts for things that break the Fourmotion TOS.
6. Do NOT ignore it if a staff member asks you about something. It could be a matter of not getting banned (maybe you have a sibling), and we don't want to be ignored, nobody does. And if you do ignore a staff member about something like you having a sibling, it could get BOTH accounts permanently banned.
7. Do NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, make multiple accounts. We can track IP Addressees. We know when we're being fooled.
