1x1 Idea: Danny Phantom 1x1

I was thinking of a Roleplay where Danny has a twin who died before Danny got his powers. Whoever replies first gets to do the 1x1 with me. Obviously, I need someone to play Danny. And no, Dani does not exist in this roleplay. Dark Dan does (or he will, this will just follow the plot of Danny Phantom, with the added character) exist, though.

Name: Dakota "Kota" Fenton
Age: 14 (Remember, this RP starts when Danny gets his Powers.)
Gender: Female
Description:
Personality: As a human, Kota is clumsy and naive, often being stuffed in a locker like her brother. Unlike her brother, Kota gets annoyed easily and will then proceed to attack something out of anger. Other than that, Kota has a carefree personality and loves to be around people, though she is a bit shy.

[Ghost]
Name: Dakota "Kota" Phantom
Age: 14 (Though, she died when she was three)
Gender: Female
Description:
Personality: As a ghost, Kota is overprotective and overly cautious. She Fights to the best of her ability for what she thinks is right, even if others don't think the same. Because of teenage hormones, Kota is prone to having emotions overcome her, giving her enemies an advantage in fight.
Powers: Intangibility, Invisibility, Pryokinesis, Ghostly Stinger, Ghostly Shield, Ghostly Blast/Ghostly Ball, Flight, Goin' Ghost (Though Kota says 'Time to go Spectral!'), Overshadowing, and Body Manipulation (the ability to morph her body into shapes to dodge stray attacks).
Other Things: Ghostly Tail, Superhuman Strength, Superhuman Agility, Walking on Walls, and the ability to breath underwater (though, she only needs a helmet if she's going to space).
Powers Later On: Cryokinesis, Duplication, and Ghostly Wail.
